I just returned from an amazing trip to attend the Flyway Film Festival in Pepin, WI. This was my fourth time attending Flyway and it's always a wonderful experience but this time it was extra special because we won an award! Congratulations to everyone who worked so hard on this film - we did it, we won Best Narrative Short Film!
Press: Podcast Interview with Row Three at the Flyway Film Festival
Last weekend, Matt Garland and I attended the fabulous Flyway Film Festival (alliteration, anyone?!) for the third time.
Instead of bringing a film to screen at the fest, as we've done the last two years, this year I attended as a Guest Short Film Programmer and Juror. The friends, parties, films and pie were as wonderful as ever.
While there, we ran into the guys from Row Three, Andrew James and Matt Gamble, and they interviewed us for their podcast about our role in the festival this year, our Resurrection Trilogy of short films and what else we've been working on. Thanks, guys, for taking the time to talk with us!

"Vivienne Again" Wins Its First Award!
This past weekend "Vivienne Again" won a Kickstarter Jury Award at the 2012 Flyway Film Festival! It was an extraordinary weekend of great films, events and people, all in beautiful Pepin, WI. We were thrilled to win this award and sincerely thank everyone who voted for our film. The award itself is as unique as this festival -- it's an 8"x8" "axe" head made from gray granite. I'm holding it in the photo above and it's heavy as hell. Which, as it turns out, is exactly how I like my awards. Thanks, Flyway!
